Reflect together on big (and sometimes tough) ideas about the world and ourselves through art. Join us to explore the goals, changes, or plans you want to make for the year ahead through art making and discussion guided by an art therapist.
This program is best for ages 10 to adults. All art materials for the hands-on portion are provided.
About the instructor
Natalia Torres del Valle, LCMHCA, REAT, MA, is a registered expressive arts psychotherapist passionate about helping individuals find meaningful ways of communicating beyond words. In addition to many years of teaching at the Museum, she facilitates therapeutic groups in community spaces and meets with individual clients in her private practice.
