Strange Locales
Description
This winter, get lost in three novels that present strange and disorienting settings with "Strange Locales," a book discussion series led by SECCA executive director Bill Carpenter. The series' final installment will discuss "People Collide" by Isle McElroy, in which a husband and wife experience the world after mysteriously swapping bodies. All discussions take place in the historic Hanes House on SECCA's grounds. There are no tests, so feel free to attend even if you don't open or finish the book. Learn more at SECCA.org.
The Hanes House at SECCA (North Carolina Museum of Art, Winston-Salem) is located at 750 Marguerite Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27106. Free parking is available on-site. Handicap parking for the Hanes House is located directly in front of the historic home, on the cobblestone driveway.
