About Andrew Bird
Andrew Bird is an internationally acclaimed Grammy-nominated multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, whistler, and songwriter. He has released 17 albums and performed extensively across the globe. He has recorded with the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, appeared as “Dr. Stringz” on Jack’s Big Music Show, and headlined concerts at Carnegie Hall, Sydney Opera House, Walt Disney Concert Hall, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and festivals worldwide.
Shortly after receiving his 2020 Grammy nomination for best folk album for My Finest Work Yet, Bird made his acting debut in Fargo’s fourth installment, currently streaming on Hulu. In June 2022 he released his latest album, Inside Problems, on Loma Vista Recordings.
About Amadou & Mariam
With seven acclaimed albums, gold and platinum discs, and countless sold-out concerts, Amadou & Mariam are one of Africa’s most successful and popular musical exports. A love affair propelled two veterans of Mali’s music industry onto charts around the globe. Over the past four decades, they’ve introduced their African soul music to electro-pop, art-rock, and hip-hop. Following their hugely successful 2023 tour, Amadou & Mariam will release a new album in 2024.
“We love what we do,” says Mariam Doumbia, “and our goal is to make people happy with our music, help humanitarian causes, and share positive messages about the good work being done by people in every corner of the world.”
