Name
Batman (1989) in Concert with Live Symphony Orchestra
Description
Celebrate the 35th anniversary of Warner Bros. Pictures’ 1989 DC superhero film Batman, which will be projected onto a large screen with a live orchestra playing Danny Elfman’s iconic score. The Dark Knight, defender of law and order in Gotham City, treads the shadow zone between right and wrong, fighting with only his skill in martial arts and his keenly honed mind to defend the innocent and to purge the memory of his parents’ brutal murder—always keeping his true identity as millionaire philanthropist Bruce Wayne a closely guarded secret.
Watch Batman accompanied by a 50-person orchestra conducted by James Olmstead—it’s the most immersive way of experiencing this cinematic masterpiece and the perfect opportunity for all fans, old and new, to revisit this classic film.
Guests are encouraged to dress up as their favorite DC superhero. No weapons or props. Please keep costumes appropriate for families.
Please note that Batman (1989) has a PG-13 rating and runs for approximately two hours. Co-presented by DCfilmsinConcert.
