Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW to explore themes around seasonal shifts in self-care from winter stillness towards spring renewal, inspired by works from our collection. Discussion, art-making exercises, meditative breathwork, reflective journaling, and other tools will guide you through this creative exploration of self-care. As we realize the power of art to get in touch with our inner selves, we will process emotions that have arisen in the stillness of winter and work with the healing power of art towards spring's renewal, connecting with ourselves and with each other.
Ends at 8 pm. For ages 16 and up.
Due to high demand, this is an encore session of the Feb 3 program; content will be the same.
