Creative Processing is a series for families to reflect together on big (and sometimes tough) ideas about the world and ourselves through art. This workshop includes guided group conversations about works of art from the NCMA collection with an expressive arts therapist and hands-on art-making projects with a focus on process and exploration.
Being lonely can bring about so many different emotions: sadness, worry, anger. It can feel even more confusing to experience loneliness while surrounded by other people! Explore all the shapes that loneliness can take through a discussion of Ledelle Moe’s sculpture Congregation. Participants have time for a guided exploration of art-making processes to create their own sculptures inspired by this piece.
