The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the North Carolina Museum of Art require studio program participants ages 13 and up to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 NAAT or PCR test result; test results must be within 72 hours of the event. Please plan to have one of these items in hand upon entry for Museum personnel.

Educators interested in contributing to the NCMA’s Satellite Reef (part of the Crochet Coral Reef project of Margaret and Christine Wertheim and the Institute For Figuring) are invited to join this special two-hour session planned just for them. Crochet artist Linette Knight helps those just learning crochet get started and provides a relaxing environment for more experienced crocheters to gather and create in community. Bring your own materials or use some of ours. No previous experience required.

Tickets go on sale November 15 at 10 am for this event. Please contact our Visitor Experience Department at help@ncartmuseum.org for more information.
