- The Clark Sisters, Grammy, Stellar, and Dove award winners and the highest-selling female gospel group in history
- Pastor Shirley Caesar, Durham native and the First Lady of Gospel Music with 12 Grammys, 13 Stellars, 18 Dove Awards, and a career spanning 60 years
- John P. Kee, Durham native and Dove and Stellar award–winning singer, songwriter, and producer
- Special guest Charles Jenkins, nine-time Stellar–winning, Grammy-recognized vocalist
