Nature gives each of us messages. Those messages are often exactly what we need to hear in order to heal. In this nurturing outdoor workshop with author and herbalist Asia Suler, you are guided to listen to and connect with the living world through nature-based writing exercises and guided meditations.

This class is open to anyone who is interested in honing their skills in nature writing, connecting to the more-than-human world, and deepening their personal growth. Space is limited; ages 16 and up.
