Join Jesalyn Keziah, MSW to take time out to connect with and nurture yourself through art. A variety of art-making projects, facilitated discussion, reflective journaling, and other tools guide you through this creative exploration of self-care and community connection. Bring a journal and something to write with. For ages 16 and up. Space is limited.

About the facilitator

Heart-forward, nature-centered, and grounded in community, Keziah is a member of the Lumbee Tribe and graduated with her master’s degree in social work from UNC–Chapel Hill, where she focused on Indigenous mental health. She incorporates art, nature, gardening, community, and culture as elements of healing practice and believes in holistic wellness.
