Meet Melissa Levin and Alex Fialho, the curators of the retrospective Michael Richards: Are You Down? This exhibition walkthrough illuminates Michael Richards’s visionary sculptures and drawings as well as how the curators have worked with Richards’s estate to honor his life and legacy and continue sharing his artwork with the world.

Join us after the walkthrough for a screening [link to event] of Michael Richards: Are You Down?, a 32-minute documentary film directed by Juan Luis Matos and Dennis Scholl that highlights Richards’s powerful artistic practice; the circumstances of his passing on September 11, 2001; his friendships; and his enduring influence on cultural communities in New York City, Miami, and beyond.
