Instructor Maureen O’Neill has designed a workshop that offers a variety of exercises to help participants connect and engage with the present moment through guided meditation and breathing, mantra repetition, and meditative mark-making (drawing).
No art experience is necessary. Bring a willingness to engage in a workshop about process rather than product—the now rather than the later. This program encourages and supports the strength and wisdom of the intuitive spirit.
